Progress scope and counters
Read-only process observations update independently of the trading snapshot. Overdue progress is a diagnostic alert, not an instruction to restart or trade. A completed evaluation does not mean a suitable setup or submitted order. Counters reset on process restart; candidate terminal reasons and exchange timestamps are separate evidence.

Decision and execution history
Original observations are shown separately: a signal, submission or protection request is not a confirmed fill or protection acknowledgement. Historical incidents do not describe current entry availability.

Emergency controls
Disable new entries, with an optional cancellation of resting entry orders. Existing positions and native protection remain in place.
Recovery accepts current exchange state only after fresh reconciliation and protection checks. It clears the emergency latch but leaves the strategy stopped.
